Scope of Work

John—like many others—retired to Vermont to enjoy mountain adventures that included skiing, hiking, kayaking and of course road cycling! But John didn’t stay retired for very long. Combining his over-active intellect with an intense passion for the outdoors, John decided to start a road cycling touring company. Thus we have Stowe Bike Tours! Although John knew exactly where he wanted to go with his new business, he was not sure how to get there. That is when he hired INsights to help.

After an in-depth counseling session, we developed a first and second year marketing plan, budget outline and PR plan. Although the plan was mostly Internet based, it also included print collateral, promotional marketing and a sales plan. Working with web and print designers, INsights, in collaboration with John, designed cohesive materials including a website, Internet listings, rack card and press releases. Today John and his staff continue to follow the plan, making occasional modifications, and consulting INsights when needed.
