Scope of Work

Truly a master mason, Bruno and his team of skilled tradesmen are perhaps the most sought after historic building restoration company in Vermont. So why does Alpine need marketing? To stay that way!

But Bruno is one busy guy. When he asked INsights to help him market his business, he did not mean “help”—he meant “do it”. So that, we did! We started by studying Alpine’s competitors, and of course interviewing Bruno—when we could catch up with him. Before long we determined a positioning strategy for the veteran company as the “masters in historic building restoration”—even though this is not the company’s only masonry specialty.

Then we developed a marketing plan and budget that included a new website, Internet placements, media, email campaigns, promotional campaigns and PR. The implementation of this plan began with the website. We researched a “masonry contractor” key word strategy, technical masonry services, historic building websites and photos. We worked closely with a web designer that specializes in photo galleries, and managed to launch the site in November 2010. Bruno was pleased.

Today, as the rest of the plan unfolds, INsights manages all aspects of marketing for Alpine. Although we still chase Bruno for information, the website alone has gained a great deal of attention—affirming Alpine as the leader in the world of masonry and historic building restoration.
